Joel joined FRP in 2026 and is a Director in our Corporate Finance team, based in the London office.
He has operated on both sides of M&A transactions, most recently focusing on global M&A at one of the big three music labels and previously acting as a sell-side lead advisor across the UK mid-market.
Having led acquisitions as a corporate buyer and advised sellers, Joel brings a buyer-informed approach to deal execution that enables management teams and shareholders to run more robust processes, reduce execution risk, and maximise value.
