Meet Jonathan

Jonathan joined FRP in 2019 and is a Partner in the Restructuring Advisory team, working from our Bristol office. Jonathan has gained a wealth of experience working in the restructuring profession since 2003 and is a qualified Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner.

Jonathan works collaboratively with clients and their stakeholders during times of distress, providing advice and restructuring services including independent business reviews, accelerated mergers and acquisitions, options reviews, short term cash flow reviews and where necessary more formal insolvency processes such as administrations, company voluntary arrangements and liquidations.

Having worked with clients in a variety of sectors, Jonathan is adept at working under pressure and in time critical environments, helping devise robust consensual strategies to maximise options and stakeholder outcomes.
