Meet Nedim

Nedim joined FRP in 2020 as a Restructuring Advisory Partner, and is based in our Orpington office.

Having started his career in London before relocating, Nedim has built up a niche market in South-East London and Kent.

Whilst dealing with all aspects of insolvency, Nedim’s specialty is contentious insolvency and asset-tracing and recovery. Over the past 20 years, Nedim has worked on some of the biggest fraud cases in conjunction with the National Crime Agency (NCA) and Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA), along with local constabularies.

Nedim’s recent case work includes Bresco, a case which was taken to the supreme court, achieving a successful result for the client. He also recently assisted the insolvency service in obtaining the first ever compensation order for creditors in the case of Noble Vintners.
