Meet Tanja

Tanja joined FRP in 2024 as a Director in our Financial Advisory team following the acquisition of GlobalView and is based in our London office.

She has over 18 years’ of experience and specialises in complex financial valuations and strategic advisory services. Tanja has served clients in various industries including computer software, consumer products, corporate wear, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, real estate, semiconductor, and telecommunications equipment and services.

Tanja’s focuses on providing valuations of business enterprises, financial instruments, and intangible assets for various purposes including purchase price allocations, tax reporting, restructuring, and goodwill impairment, for IFRS and U.S. GAAP purposes.

She has experience in performing valuations for companies of all sizes, from single employee operations to multi-billion valuations, in multiple jurisdictions.

Tanja also provided purchase price allocation for a multiple CGU business valued in billions of dollars and associated goodwill impairment studies and performed valuations of complex financial instruments using Monte Carlo analysis.
