FRP Corporate Finance secures sale of Norwich Sunblinds

We’re pleased to have advised blinds and curtains manufacturer Norwich Sunblinds on its sale to Anglian Windows Limited, a home improvements firm that specialises in double and triple-glazing windows, doors, and conservatories. The value of the deal is undisclosed.

Headquartered in Norfolk, Norwich Sunblinds manufactures a wide range of made-to-measure blinds, curtains and shutters at its factory in Attleborough.  The specialist team measure and install a wide range of products for customers.

A family-run firm, which was established in 1978 by John Reddington, Norwich Sunblinds has a loyal customer base predominantly located across Norfolk and North Suffolk. The business currently employs 17 people who will all stay with the business.

The acquisition of Norwich Sunblinds provides Anglian Windows Limited, which is also based in Norfolk, with a larger footprint in the region and further extends its product offering to customers.
