A little about Akshay
Akshay joined FRP in 2021 and is a Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in the Birmingham office.
He has worked within restructuring since 2020 and has extensive experience in a range of restructuring and insolvency solutions. Akshay works on cases involving the tracing and recovery of undisclosed assets, financial investigations and litigation, with experience in both UK based insolvencies and cross-border matters.
His previous cases have seen him assist in bringing claims for the insolvent estate such as breach of duty, antecedent transactions and asset dissipation which has resulted in successful recoveries for estates.
