A little about Allan

Allan joined FRP in 2020 as a Partner in the Restructuring Advisory team, and is based in our Newcastle and Sunderland offices.

He has more than 25 years’ experience advising businesses at all stages of the corporate lifecycle, with a focus on those underperforming or in distress. This includes acting in interim board positions as CRO or CFO during turnaround assignments.

Allan specialises in corporate advisory including contingency planning and options reviews and cashflow management and stabilisation as well as special situation M&A and formal insolvency appointments. He has a strong track record of delivering positive outcomes to build or protect value for all stakeholders.

His sector experience is wide ranging, and includes manufacturing, retail, food and beverage, energy, and construction.
