A little about Tonya

Tonya joined FRP in 2018 and is an appointment-taking Director in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in Newcastle. She is a Licenced Insolvency Practitioner in both corporate and personal insolvency, and has been working in restructuring, corporate recovery and personal insolvency since 2008.

Tonya has worked across a variety of business sectors including leisure and tourism, manufacturing and not-for-profit. She has extensive contentious insolvency experience, and has undertaken a number of tax avoidance investigations on behalf of HMRC; she advises boards of directors, stakeholders and creditors in various sectors and stages of financial distress.
