Meet Chris, one of the Directors in our Restructuring Advisory team.

A little about Chris

Chris joined FRP in 2010 and is now a Director in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in our London office.

He has over 15-years’ experience in providing formal restructuring and advisory services to businesses throughout the corporate life cycle and has led assignments that have included financial restructuring, stakeholder management, cashflow management, special situation M&A, exit and contingency planning, and financial modelling.

Chris has a particular focus in the Real Estate sector having led multiple advisory and insolvency engagements relating to property developers, including Inland Homes and Octagon Developments. With the implementation of bespoke strategies specific to individual sites, ranging from the continuation of planning applications/appeals to project build-out and tailored sale strategies, Chris looks to achieve the best outcome for all stakeholders.

Having spent seven months on secondment at the Education and Skills Funding Agency in 2023, Chris also has significant knowledge and experience in the Education sector as well as a key understanding of the relationship the sector has with the Department for Education.
