Meet Jessica, one of the Directors in our Restructuring Advisory team.

A little about Jessica

Jessica joined FRP in 2016 and is a Director in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in our Preston office.

She is a Licenced Insolvency Practitioner, and works closely with the partners in both Preston and Manchester to provide advisory services for small to medium-size companies.

Jessica has a wide variety of experience in sectors such as construction and manufacturing, as well as a special interest in agriculture. Her previous experience has included taking day-to-day control of the partnership administration of a large dairy farm, overcoming animal welfare issues, securing borrower cooperation and successfully selling the farm significantly in excess of valuation.

Jessica also specialises in solvent reconstructions, and assisted with the solvent reconstruction via an s110 agreement of a major fashion brand in readiness of a future sale.
