A little about Kimberley
Kimberley joined FRP in 2018 as a Senior Insolvency Administrator in the Newcastle office; part of our Restructuring Advisory team, she became Assistant Manager later that year.
Kimberley has been working in restructuring advisory since 2010, providing support and assistance to office holders with formal restructuring engagements. She mainly deals with corporate insolvency matters including administrations and liquidations, and has a wealth of experience in a variety of sectors including manufacturing, leisure and tourism, media, and not-for-profit.
Kimberley prepares reports and documentation for directors, shareholders, creditors, HMRC, The Insolvency Service and Companies House, with regards to corporate insolvency appointments, and ensures that all statutory regulations and deadlines are adhered to. She also plays an active role in training and mentoring other staff members in the Newcastle office.
