A little about Konstantinos
Konstantinos joined FRP in 2025 as a Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team and is based in our London office.
He has experience dealing with financially distressed and insolvent businesses in a range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, technology, and real estate and has a particular focus on options analysis and contingency planning. Konstantinos has been involved in a wide range of advisory and insolvency cases at various stages of the appointments.
His previous assignments have included the preparation of an options analysis for a technology company prior to a pre-pack sale of its business, a trading Administration of an EV company with the successful sale of its business and assets to different purchasers, and the solvent Liquidation of an FCA-regulated fintech company.
