A little about Megan
Megan joined FRP in 2021 and is a Senior Manager in our Restructuring Advisory team, based in the London office.
With more than 10 years’ experience delivering formal restructuring and advisory services across a broad range of sectors, Megan is a qualified Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner.
Megan has worked on assignments involving financial restructuring, complex project management, cashflow management, special situations M&A, exit and contingency planning and financial modelling. She has a keen focus on the real estate sector, working on multiple advisory and insolvency engagements for property developers, including Inland Homes Plc.
In 2023, she completed a four‑month secondment with the Civil Aviation Authority, further broadening her industry insight and regulatory experience.
