A little about Nikki
Nikki joined FRP in 2018 and is a Senior Manager in our Restructuring Advisory team, based in Newcastle.
She has been working in restructuring and corporate recovery since 2002, and has managed a broad range of assignments of various sizes and complexity including administrations, company voluntary liquidations, individual voluntary arrangements and bankruptcies. She has also managed various liquidations – both solvent and insolvent – including a winding-up of a company and a distribution of remaining assets to various stakeholders, some of which included a solvent restructuring through an s110 agreement.
Nikki provides assistance to directors, stakeholders and creditors, both pre and post-appointment, guiding them through the process. Internally, she manages a team of six staff while also providing support to the director and partners.
