A little about Tom
Tom joined FRP in 2026 where he specialises in asset finance and is based in our London office.
Tom has extensive experience across the living sectors, advising private and public sector clients on acquisitions, disposals, development and capital raising. He has led and structured numerous transactions, including affordable housing delivery, income strip arrangements and forward funding structures, working closely with, developers, housing associations, family offices and institutional investors across the asset lifecycle.
Tom continues to expand FRP’s capabilities across the living sectors, delivering pragmatic, solutions-focused advice to unlock value through strategic capital structuring.
