A little about Warren
Warren joined FRP in 2017 and is a Director in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in our London office.
He is a qualified insolvency practitioner and has 20 years’ experience working in corporate restructuring and corporate advisory across various sectors including financial services, charity & not-for-profit and healthcare.
Recent assignments include the special administration of an Authorised Payment Institution, the administration of the charity Relate and the administration of a group of six care homes in England and Wales.
Warren has also gained valuable experience within the automotive sector following a six-month secondment to a business support unit of a US car manufacturer and working on the administration of a Formula One engine supplier.
