FRP bolsters its Corporate Finance team with three new hires

We have bolstered our Corporate Finance team with a trio of appointments in our London office.

Operating across our national client base, Dani Patel joins our team from Saffery Champness, with experience advising across a broad range of transactions. In his new position, Dani will be supporting shareholders, directors and investors going through strategic change including acquiring or selling businesses, undergoing management buyouts or fund-raising activity.

Working alongside Dani, Robbie Wirdnam, who has moved from SRC Corporate Finance, and Joel Coulson, who has moved from Beever and Struthers, have been appointed as Assistant Managers. Dani, Robbie, and Joel will be an integral part of our now 20-strong national Corporate Finance team, which has almost trebled in the past 18 months.
