Advisers to UK’s fastest-growing car parking management company, Horizon Parking, on its sale to private equity firm Trimountain Partners.

The deal

We’re pleased to have successfully advised the shareholders of the UK’s fastest-growing car parking management company, Horizon Parking, on the sale of a significant stake in the business to private equity firm Trimountain Partners.

Based in Chelmsford and with a portfolio spread across the UK, Horizon Parking manages over 3,000 car parks in both the public and private sectors, overseeing 600,000 parking spaces and dealing with approximately 1,000,000 motorists daily. The business has an annual turnover of almost £40 million, driven by a wide service offering including overseeing, patrolling, securing and enforcing client’s car parks, as well as a range of other parking-related services including marshalling, EV charging, facilities management and car park design, repair and construction.

FRP Corporate Finance was appointed as lead sell-side adviser due to our demonstrable experience supporting transactions in the parking management sector, as well as our extensive track record in dealing with private equity buyers.

Led by Partner Mark Farlow and Associate Director Ed Shurville-Darlington and supported by Manager Charlie Hallaran, from our London West-end office, our team managed all stages of the deal securing a great outcome for the Shareholders.

The deal will accelerate the Company’s ambitious growth plans both organic and acquisitive.
