A little about Arjun
Arjun joined FRP in 2025 as a Finance Advisor in the Real Estate Advisory team in our London office, following the acquisition of Arc & Co., an FCA-regulated provider of debt and equity advisory services to the real estate sector.
Arjun specialises in advising clients on real estate asset finance, supporting a wide range of transactions across sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, data centres, hotels, and office assets. He works closely with investors, developers, and operators to structure funding solutions that align with their strategic objectives, whether for acquisition, development, or portfolio optimisation.
His expertise spans the full capital stack, with extensive experience originating and executing complex financing structures tailored to bespoke requirements. He is committed to building long-term relationships and delivering outcomes that support both immediate transaction goals and broader investment strategies.
Arjun led the bridge refinancing of two existing chalet assets in Val d’Isère, securing a €16.5m facility with complex structuring requirements. The transaction provided the client with additional runway to progress negotiations with a joint venture partner on a branded residences development.
