A little about Clem

Clem joined FRP in 2024 as an Assistant Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team and is based in our London office.

Clem has been working in restructuring since 2017 providing restructuring and advisory services to businesses at all stages of the corporate life cycle. He has experience working on solvent and insolvent liquidations, administrations and voluntary arrangements across a variety of different sectors including, but not limited to, retail, hospitality and construction.

Recent cases include a successful AMA / pre-packaged administration of both a construction business and a nationwide retail business. Moreover, Clem assisted on the Administration of a global indoor farming business and helped launch the CVA of a popular hairdressing brand.
