A little about Dan
Dan joined FRP in 2026 and is a Director in the M&A Advisory team, based in our London office.
He brings more than 15 years’ experience in M&A advisory with a focus on technology, advising privately owned businesses, C-suites, shareholders and private equity clients on mid-market acquisitions, investments and exits. Prior to joining FRP Corporate Finance, he held senior roles specialising in the technology sector at one of the Big Four firms and a leading global accounting firm.
Dan will work alongside Partners James Mines and Peter Aspinall, to further strengthen our established technology practice.
