A little about Gareth
Gareth joined FRP in 2026 following the acquisition of Arc & Co., an FCA-regulated provider of debt and equity advisory services to the real estate sector, and is an Associate Director in our London office.
Gareth has worked in real estate since 2016, with a focus on real estate finance since 2018. He supports a broad range of clients across property finance, specialising in residential mortgages from retail through to ultra‑high‑net‑worth borrowers. His experience also includes regulated and non‑regulated bridging finance, as well as residential and commercial real estate portfolios.
