COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan

To ensure the continued well-being of our people, we:

• Follow the Government and WHO guidelines on protecting ourselves and clients.
• Ask any visitors to FRP locations to sign a COVID-19 declaration form.  
• Use the NHS Test and Trace form for urgent client meetings for all participants.
• Are fully operational with minimal staff attending locations, whilst maintaining social distancing. Colleagues are working remotely wherever possible, responding to electronic correspondence and client needs as usual.
• Arrange meetings using video links, conference calls or other appropriate technology available.
• Self-isolate if there is any cause for concern.
• Travel only if absolutely essential.
